Chartwell Drive
Chartwell Drive, also referred to as Chesterton Court, is a cul-de-sac street in Baguley, Manchester, with a postcode designation of M23 9PG. It predominantly features maisonette properties, with two car parks (one larger, one smaller) for residents.
History
At some point in the late 1890s the land that is today Chartwell Drive was being developed into the Baguley Sidings, only a short distance east of Baguley Railway Station.
The earliest known print reference to the street was on 24th December 1979 after Frank Hewitson, resident of 2 Chesterton Court, died in hospital.[1]
