Heron House
Heron House is an office space in the Civic Quarter of Manchester city centre, sitting opposite Manchester Town Hall. It is used by the intelligence agency GCHQ,[1] and serves as the home of Greater Manchester Digital Security Hub (DiSH).[2] The building is owned by Manchester City Council.[3]
As of July 2026, it is rumoured to be the base for "No 10 North" under the Andy Burnham ministry.[3]
